Your data
Delete your data
No Pain No Scroll has no accounts, so there's nothing to close. What reaches us is tied to a random identifier the app creates on your phone — not to your name or your email. Here's how to have all of it erased.
From inside the app
- Open No Pain No Scroll.
- Go to Settings and tap Send feedback.
- Write that you want your data deleted, and send it.
Your request reaches us already attached to your identifier — the one thing we need to find everything and erase it. The email field is optional: leave it blank and we still delete everything. Fill it in if you'd like us to confirm when it's done.
Already deleted the app? The identifier is built to survive a reinstall, so reinstalling the app and sending the request from there will usually still reach your data.
By email
Write to us from the address you entered in the app's feedback form. That address is stored with your identifier, so it's enough for us to find everything — and we can confirm when it's done.
Or write to privacy@nopainnoscroll.com from any email app.
If you've never sent us your email address, an email gives us nothing to search on: we deliberately hold nothing that identifies you. In that case, use the in-app route above.
What we delete
- Your usage statistics — how the app was used, tied to your identifier — held for us by PostHog and Google Firebase Analytics.
- Your crash reports, held for us by Google Firebase Crashlytics.
- Your feedback messages, and any email address you sent with them.
Figures already combined into totals — such as how many people finished setup in a given week — can't be traced back to you, so they're not affected.
What's on your phone
Your minutes, your blocklist, your settings and your activity history never reach us: they live only on your phone. Deleting the app erases them, and it also stops all collection from that moment on.
How long it takes
We act on every request within the deadline that applies where you are: at most one month, and sooner where local law requires.
The full details are in our Privacy Policy, under “Your rights”.
